Processing Times
Our goal is to have your order processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods such as sales or new product drops, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Shipping Times
Once fulfilled, orders typically take 3–7 business days to arrive within the U.S.
Split Shipments
Some items may ship separately depending on product availability or fulfillment location. You’ll receive tracking information for each package as it ships.
Tracking & Notifications
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder—or reach out to us at info@flyerlie.com.
Shipping Issues & Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery at info@flyerlie.com. Items must still have all tags and packaging attached. Photo proof is required to process any claims.

Flyer Lie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our warehouse.

We are not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout—please double-check your shipping info.

Unclaimed or undelivered packages that are not returned to us will not be refunded. If returned, we’ll refund the order minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.
